The award of our first public sector facilities management contract for West Midlands Police.

WPS will deliver housing maintenance plus heating and compliance services to Birmingham City Council in a contract worth £1.1billion over ten years that will see significant investment in homes.

At 15 storeys, and with 144 homes, Inkerman House in Aston is Birmingham City Council’s largest social housing residence.

From a humble two-year contract in 2015, ten years on WPS maintains 1,750 homes working collaboratively with North Warwickshire Borough Council (NWBC) to deliver a shared vision for better living environments.
