We’re pleased to announce a three-year partnership with Groundwork, with a shared ambition to raise £150,000 for community causes.
As a provider of social housing maintenance, we look after around one in seven social homes nationally and provide facilities management support to thousands of public sector and commercial buildings. Through this partnership with Groundwork, we’ll be able to create even more positive impact in the communities where we work across the UK
Groundwork is a charity that offers opportunities to interact with, enjoy, and improve natural spaces. Through their work with community hubs and young people, they work to create a greener and fairer future for all.
Groundwork is the perfect partner for us, as we’re both aligned in our purpose of creating places where people can thrive.
Whether homes, workplaces or learning hubs, we’re proud to look after the places that matter the most. And it’s not just about the buildings and tenants we care for – we are striving to ensure our work benefits the communities around them, generating more than £100 million in total social, local and economic value across our projects in 2025 alone. As we continue to grow our operations, we are excited to collaborate with Groundwork to increase the impact we can have through targeted activities tailored to community needs in the places we work.”
