Liberty secures new £2.5m contract with Thirteen Group
Liberty has secured a new 12-month contract with Thirteen Group worth £2.5 million, reinforcing a successful partnership that continues to go from strength to strength.
The new contract commenced on 1 October 2026 and covers both Repairs & Maintenance and Heating & Compliance services. It also includes the option for a further one-year extension, potentially taking the total contract value to £5 million. The contract supports around 4,000 homes directly, with Liberty also assisting with repairs across Thirteen Group’s wider housing portfolio of approximately 35,000 homes.

The award represents a significant milestone in Liberty’s relationship with Thirteen Group, which began in January 2023. Since the initial appointment, the annual value of the work has grown from approximately £1.5 million to £2.5 million, reflecting the client’s continued confidence in the quality of service delivered by our teams.

Additionally, Liberty is expected to commence a boiler and heating distribution replacement programme with Thirteen Group valued at approximately £1.5 million, further demonstrating the breadth of the partnership and confidence in Liberty’s expertise.
