Contract Manager – Heating & Compliance (H&C)

Liberty is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of our Heating & Compliance services across the West Midlands. You’ll manage multidisciplinary field and office teams, ensure full compliance across gas service, repair and installation workstreams, and act as a senior operational contact for our clients.

The Role

  • Lead and mentor engineers, supervisors and admin teams
  • Oversee daily operational delivery and ensure all compliance standards are met
  • Manage KPIs, budgets, materials and performance reporting
  • Build strong client relationships and resolve escalated queries
  • Drive safety, quality and continuous service improvements
  • Support onboarding, procurement and regional growth
  • Deputise for senior leaders when required

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar operational/contract management role
  • Background in social housing, gas service/repair/installation or compliance
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
  • Experience managing both technical and office-based staff
  • Excellent communication, coaching and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Gas or Electrical qualification (desirable)
  • IOSH (desirable)
