Whether you’re looking for gas boilers, air source and ground source heat pumps or electrical heating systems, we offer the knowledge and skills to design and install future-proof heating systems tailored to your property portfolio and your goals.
Our experienced, qualified engineers ensure the very highest service standards at all times, installing systems of all sizes, from design to completion and are on hand to support your planned heating upgrade programmes and reactive replacement needs.
Our installation process starts with a comprehensive risk assessment, ensuring that safety is the key priority throughout the installation process. Our network of supply chain partners ensure access to the right materials or equipment at short notice. All installations also come with respective manufacturer warranty agreements.
For planned or reactive installation programmes, we arrange a survey with the customer to ensure all health and safety measures are considered and whether the new heating system fits the customers’ needs. A customer liaison officer or supervisor is available throughout the process to ensure your tenants are well-informed and understand the process.
We deliver over 200,000 cyclical safety checks every year on heating systems up and down the country.
Our expert engineers provide everything needed to keep heating systems running safe and efficiently, whilst taking care of all compliance documentation need including Landlord Gas Safety Records (LGSR) and Electrical Installations Condition Reports (EICR).
Heating repairs and maintenance
When heating systems fail, our engineers are on hand to ensure homes are restored to warmth.
Our dedicated customer service centre is available 24 hours a day so that customers have a direct line of contact when their heating or hot water stops working. They offer advice on simple and safe checks that customers can do at home which may avoid the need for an engineer appointment.
But when these don’t get things working again, we use details of previous engineer visits and warranty information to diagnose problems correctly and allocate an engineer with the correct tools and skills to fix the problem.
Maintenance of renewables and compliance assets
We maintain more than 3,200 renewable and low-carbon heating assets each year, to extend their lifecycle, maintain warranty validity, reduce running costs and ensure they deliver compliance, alongside value for investment.
We maintain:
- Solar PV systems and battery storage
- Air-source and ground-source heat pumps
- Heat networks and low-carbon heating systems
- Monitoring, control and energy management equipment

Heating services for multi-occupancy, non-domestic and commercial buildings
Our engineers service, repair and maintain and install renewable, solid fuel and gas-powered heating plant rooms, heat networks and district heating systems.
We deliver high quality services within high-rise blocks, care homes, schools and commercial buildings, ensuring that your commercial plant rooms are well maintained, operating efficiently and upgraded when needed. We support the delivery of heating to multiple properties from a central source, carrying out installation, maintenance, repair and compliance solutions for heating systems. Whether gas-powered or using renewable technology, we focus on delivering energy efficiency for as many homes as possible through monitoring and optimisation of systems.
- Installation and upgrades – We install traditional gas-powered and renewable energy sources like air source heat pumps and solar panels, in properties connected to or forming part of a heat network.
- Maintenance and repair – We provide planned maintenance and repair services for heating and hot water systems to ensure their safe, efficient and continuous operation. This includes 24/7 emergency response services.
- Compliance and safety – We ensure that heating systems and plant rooms meet legal and safety obligations, performing necessary checks and implementing measures to comply with standards such as the CIBSE/ADE Heat Networks Code of Practice and Gas Safe regulations.
Electrical compliance
We’re specialists in delivering EICR inspections and tests required to confirm electrical installations in properties are safe.
We’ll work with you to ensure any required remedial works are completed and keep residents informed if extra works are required.
Water compliance
We offer a wide range of water hygiene monitoring packages and closed system treatments to help minimise the risks associated with water systems, including the risk from Legionnaires’ disease.
Our bespoke water treatment packages are tailored to property needs, offering compliance with current Health & Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines.
