In his 29 years at Wates, Steve has worked in all aspects of the built environment.
Steve was appointed to the WPS Board in 2006 when he was the Business Unit Director of the Northwest. During his time on the board prior to his current role, he was Regional Managing Director of the North and Director of Operations before becoming Strategy Director and then subsequently returning to operations when Liberty was bought on board in 2024.
