Michael leads the delivery of large-scale decarbonisation, retrofit, repairs and maintenance programmes for housing providers across the UK.
With 18 years’ experience spanning consultancy, client-side and delivery partner roles, he is a customer-focused housing leader passionate about creating warmer, healthier and safer homes while delivering lasting change for residents and communities.
Alongside his role at WPS, Michael is Chair of the National Home Decarbonisation Group (NHDG) Policy Working Group, helping to shape policy and strategy across the energy efficiency and retrofit sector. Working closely with industry partners, housing providers and government departments, he supports the development of programmes that accelerate decarbonisation, drive innovation and improve outcomes for residents.
A strong advocate for collaboration across the sector, Michael is committed to turning policy ambition into practical delivery, helping housing providers improve homes, reduce carbon emissions and create wider social value through retrofit investment.
