WPS awarded Landmark Space hard FM contract
WPS Facilities Management has been awarded a three-year hard FM contract with Landmark Space to maintain its portfolio of high-end offices, expanding one of WPS’ biggest sectors.
The multi-million-pound contract with options to extend for up to two further years, covers statutory compliance, regulatory planned preventative maintenance and reactive hard FM services across Landmark Space’ national portfolio of flexible workspaces.
It will see WPS bring established experience in supporting office workplace in a 1450+ property portfolio, to deliver compliant, high-performing buildings that offer high-quality office, coworking and meeting spaces.

Service delivery will be supported by a dedicated team, including account management, technical services leadership, contract administration, and a foot mobile engineering team, ensuring strong local presence and responsive support.
