Heat networks and district heating
We deliver end‑to‑end design, installation, maintenance, repair and compliance services for both commercial and domestic heat network systems. Our approach is rooted in safety, energy efficiency and supporting the transition to low‑carbon technologies, ensuring systems are reliable, future‑proof and fully compliant.
We install a full range of heating and energy systems across properties connected to, or forming part of, a heat network. This includes traditional gas‑powered plants as well as modern renewable technologies such as air‑source and ground‑source heat pumps (ASHP/GSHP), solar PV and hybrid systems.
We provide both planned and reactive maintenance services to ensure the safety, efficiency and long‑term performance of heating and hot‑water systems. This includes a 24/7/365 emergency response, delivered by dedicated specialist teams.
We ensure that all heating systems, plant rooms and associated infrastructure meet the latest legal, regulatory and safety requirements. This includes full compliance with standards such as the Gas Safe regulations, CIBSE/ADE Heat Networks Code of Practice and newly released heat network legislation.
Data capture and strategy for commercial retrofit
We improve the energy efficiency of non-domestic properties, guided by PAS 2038 and strong asset management expertise.
Our specialist decarbonisation consultants NetZero Collective use dynamic modelling, 3D visuals and digital twins to assess energy use and design practical retrofit strategies that balance performance, cost and sustainability.
